ATTENDANTS: Your jumper is not a babysitter and requires adult supervision at all times. If needed, San Diego Jump can provide attendants for your event, for an additional fee. Safety is a priority for us.
BECAUSE WE CARE safety is a # 1 factor for us. All of our drivers have been shown safety-training videos along with hands on training from our veteran drivers. Safety at your event is our priority!
CANCELLATION: Must cancel within 72 hours in advance of your party start time or a 50% charge will be applied.
DELIVERIES: Deliver as far as Alpine (Int. 8) to Tavern Rd. and as far as Carlsbad (Hwy. 78). We are not able to deliver to Oceanside, Valley Center, Ramona or to El Monte Park. Limited weekday delivery area, Please call for locations.
EVERY ORDER REQUIRES A CREDIT CARD for security purposes. A deposit will be required for all orders, the day before delivery the remaining balance will be charged in full. If you would like to pay cash at the time of delivery, we will be happy to refund the credit card the following workday.

GENERATORS are needed at most parks where electricity is not available. A $100 charge will be applied to your order if we have to bring generator to your party after delivery. Due to insurance purposes, we can only use our own generators.
HOURS: We deliver 7 day a week, Delivery times can be as early as 8 AM depending upon your area. Pick times are 7PM, latest, April 1 to Oct 31 or 5PM, latest, Nov 1 to March 31. Our office hours are Mon - Fri 9 to 4 PM & Sat. 8-12 PM - Closed Sundays.

JUMP POSITION: Some of our jumps are HUGE! Once the jump is set up we will be unable to move it. Please choose the best spot for set up.
KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR? Give us the amount of people, the average age and your budget and we will help design your event.
LATE NIGHT / OVER NIGHT RATES: Late Night pick-up (8-10pm) $50 charge. Over-Night rentals (pick-up will be sometime after noon) Rate = 1.5 x the 4-hour rate. Must be fenced in or have security. (i.e. backyard or church)
MEASURE YOUR YARD! If you do not have a tape measure handy, the average shoe size is around 12 inches and you can easily pace off the measurement of your yard.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE! We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPESS as well as CASH.
ORDERS are recommended to be placed 4-6 weeks in advance, if you're looking for the Kool stuff!
PARK PERMITS: There are over 500 parks in San Diego County: We deliver to 90% of the parks, ALL PARKS REQUIRE A PERMIT. You will need to contact the Parks & Recreation department to confirm if you will need a permit or not. San Diego Jump Co. is not responsible getting your permit. Please check on this!!!! You will not receive a refund if the park rangers shut down your jumper for not having a permit.
QUALITY OF SERVICE: We at San Diego Jump Company strive to have the highest quality of service! With a full time cleaning & maintenance crew as well as friendly drivers. We are ready to deliver & set up your choice of over 60 jumpers.
RAIN POLICY: If it is raining the day of your event, you will receive a call that morning. At that time you will be given the choice for delivery or canceling the jumper. No charge at that time for canceling. If you request delivery and cancel at the door due to the weather there will be a 50% charge. Once the jumper is set up there will be a 100% charge. No refunds if it rains after set-up. San Diego Jump reserves the right to cancel your jumper due to rain.
STEPS: Sorry, due to the weight of the jumps NO STEPS, STAIRS or Steep slopes!
TABLES & CHAIRS: Kids Tables - $9 ea. / Kids Chairs - $1 ea. / Adult Tables - $10 ea. / Adult Chairs -$25 set of 12. (6 Chairs fit per table.)
UN-ACCEPTABLE SURFACES: Rocks, Gravel, Sand, Wood Chips or sloped areas. ACCEPTABLE SURFACES: Grass, Grass/Dirt, Flat Cement, Flat Asphalt, and 50/50 Grass/Cement. Please inform us of the surface so we may bring the proper equipment.
VARIETY: Yes we do! We have a HUGE variety; it all depends on the size of your yard and your budget, with over 65 jumpers & prices from as low as $125 all the way to $1400 we can get your event jumping!
WEIGHT: Our jumpers range between 300 - 1,500 Lbs. Please don't try to move them on your own.
